To ensure correct processing of your return, the following conditions must be met:

Completeness and condition of goods The item must include all parts and accessories and must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was delivered.

No excessive wear Only normal use is permitted. Damage caused by misuse may result in the return being refused.

Hygiene products Items such as underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Defective products If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Return shipping costs Return costs are the customer's responsibility (from €20). We will provide all necessary instructions.

Write to us at podpora@barbora-praha.cz to initiate the return process. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Photos of the product (if defective)

Wait for instructions

You will receive the correct return address and all necessary instructions.

Do not send returned items to the sender's address.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal from the contract only takes effect upon our receipt of the returned goods.

Refused or Uncollected Packages

If a customer refuses or fails to collect a package, we incur the resulting costs. Therefore, we charge a fixed fee for each such package.

Packages in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, so delivery times may be longer.

If you decide to withdraw from the contract while the package is still in transit, cancellation is not possible. You must wait for delivery and then return the item.

To speed up the process, please send us confirmation of the tracking number once you have shipped the package back.

Consequences of Withdrawal — Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received including standard delivery costs within 14 days.
