Terms and Conditions

2.1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and us through the online store. Customer terms will not apply unless the seller has expressly accepted them in writing.

2.2 Contract Formation

Purchase ProposalThe customer submits a proposal through the online order form. Once the order is submitted, the proposal becomes binding.
Order AcceptanceThe seller may accept the offer within 5 days by confirming the order, dispatching the goods or requesting payment. Inaction within this period = rejection of the offer.

PayPal PaymentsThe contract may be considered concluded at the moment the customer completes the payment process.

2.5 Retention of Title

German law applies with the exclusion of CISG. The consumer retains the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence.

Return, Cancellation and Claims Policy

We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

3.1 Returns (30 Days)

Condition of GoodsGoods must be complete, with accessories, in good condition and in original packaging (where applicable).

Normal WearOnly normal use/testing is permitted — signs of heavy use may result in rejection.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order while the package is still in transit, cancellation is not possible. They must wait for delivery and then return the goods.

All returned packages must be sent at the customer's expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
